RONNY HECHT | President

Ronny Hecht is the principal and founder behind the real estate development companies utilizing the Smart Living and Thrive-branded apartment communities. Mr. Hecht is also the founder and President of RAH Contractors, a multifamily construction company. He has over 30 years’ experience in real estate ownership, development, operations, property management for multi-family, industrial, office and retail properties mainly throughout Greater Houston. Since 2015, he has sponsored the development and/or construction of approximately 2,400 multifamily units.

He is a licensed attorney and received both an undergraduate degree in Accounting with high honors (‘85) and a law degree with honors (’88) from the University of Texas. Additionally, Mr. Hecht is a Texas real estate broker.

BRAD EICHOLZ | Vice President of Construction

Brad Eicholz has over 17 years of combined experience in multifamily, single family and commercial construction. Mr. Eicholz has extensive experience in contract negotiations, resource management, value engineering, budget planning, scheduling, and organizational administration in the multifamily industry. He held positions as an Assistant Superintendent progressing through the ranks to Lead Project Manager, eventually climbing to Managing Partner at previous multifamily companies. During his construction career, he has managed all aspects of construction, from conception to delivery of over 2,400 units comprising total construction costs of $250 million. Brad has studied Construction Science at the University of Houston. He is currently the V.P. of Construction for RAH Contractors.
