MISSION STATEMENT

Established in 2015, RAH Contractors is a multifamily construction company founded by Ronny Hecht, a long-time real estate developer and investor in the Houston area. Mr. Hecht, realizing he needed to control development and build a better product at reduced costs, created a construction company focusing on the multifamily market.

In 2015, Smart Living at Stuebner, located at 7020 Stuebner-Airline, Houston, TX, was the first ground up development apartment community for RAH Contractors. Smart Living is the brand name for the developers’ product line geared toward the working community, “A product in a B neighborhood,” which provides new market rate apartments in areas that have been underserved and under utilized. RAH Contractors builds a quality product at an affordable cost.

Through 2023, RAH Contractors has built and completed or commenced construction on 10 projects consisting of over 2,400 units. Additional projects are slated for construction in the coming months. RAH Contractors has historically built garden-style apartments but in 2024 will also start constructing 4- and 5-story walk-up and/or podium construction. Though based in Houston, RAH Contractors has construction pending in cities throughout Texas. From design development through final construction, RAH Contractors identifies cost saving areas and brings value to developers with a forward-looking approach.
